SHIPPING & RETURNS

All Fassia orders are carefully dispatched from Morocco. International delivery typically takes approximately 4-6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, customs clearance and local public holidays.

All shipping, customs duties, taxes and import fees are covered by Fassia. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch.

We accept returns and exchanges when the client contacts us within the first day after delivery. After this one-day period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges

If you do not like the material, fit or overall feel of your piece, you may request a return within the same day after delivery. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and with all original packaging where applicable.
